William T. Buchanan BA, MBA
[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/6″][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]William’s initial education was an undergraduate degree from Kent State University with a double-major in chemistry and economics, followed by a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He has worked in the fields of marketing, advertising and marketing research for over 40 years. He has been an Adjunct Professor in Strategic Planning as well as Marketing at Trinity International University.
Most recently, William provided all out-sourced marketing and advertising support for a Chicago start-up in the payments industry. When processing volume reached $3 billion per year William led the company’s effort to develop an in-house marketing department.
After graduate school William became a Vice President for Leo Burnett advertising where he worked for 13 years creating advertising strategies and marketing programs for large, international companies such as Hewlett-Packard and Nestle Foods. After Leo Burnett, William became the Senior Marketing Manager for the $1 billion NutraSweet brand, later heading the company’s Marketing Research Department in developing systems to understand brand equity. Upon leaving The NutraSweet Company he became the Senior Vice President at ASI Market Research, developing and commercializing new research methodologies. For the last 15 years William has consulted for companies both large and small, across dozens of industries. Joshua Leach
[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/6″][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]Joshua moved from Chicago to Los Angeles in early 2003, where he took a position with BCU, providing customer relationship management and process improvement for the credit union. He then transitioned to the Medical Device industry to use his quality and process improvement skills for patient safety while working for Baxter Healthcare. Joshua went back to school for his Engineering Management degree from Arizona State University, where he also earned his Lean & Six Sigma Green Belts from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering. He has served clients in a diverse range of industries, including promotional products, restaurants and fantasy sports, and finds assisting small and medium sized businesses to be very rewarding. Joshua is a loving husband and father who enjoys sports, CrossFit and working with his hands. Wesley Horton
[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/6″][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]Wesley is a proud husband and father, and loves dabbling in various creative ventures. Originally from Minnesota, Wesley began his career in Los Angeles working for famed director/producer Garry Marshall. He served as the Marketing/PR Director at Marshall’s Falcon Theatre for six years, creating all of the print and online promotional materials for the theatre’s productions. He also freelanced his marketing, design, and PR skills with other theaters and production companies, including the national tours of The Queen of Bingo and An Evening with Jack Klugman. Turning his attention toward film, Wesley became a Producer on the 2008 independent feature Dalton Trumbo’s Johnny Got His Gun, starring Ben McKenzie. In 2009, Wesley focused his attention on web and media, leading the online educational media development team at the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America. He later co-founded eyeseethree, a boutique design agency dedicated to creating branding, websites and digital media for clientele in a diverse set of industries, including the entertainment, health & wellness, financial, consulting and non-profit sectors. Wesley has a Theatre Arts degree from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN, and is a graduate of the Los Angeles Film Studies Center.
